During your apprenticeship, you will go through various commercial departments and gain comprehensive insights into Prokon’s business processes and their practical application, ensuring your training is diverse and engaging!

Marketing & Sales – Everything here revolves around presenting our brand to the public and bringing our products to the right people. You will contribute to campaigns and learn how to attract and support customers.
Finance & Accounting – Managing company finances, bookkeeping, and controlling.
Human Resources – Supporting employees, personnel planning, and engaging with potential new applicants.
Energy Trading & Member Support – Recruiting new electricity customers and members for our cooperative through promotional activities, events, and trade fairs.
You have completed your school education (MSA or A-levels).
You are motivated and like to take initiative.
You are eager to take on small projects and responsibilities.
Teamwork is important to you – you enjoy working with others.
You are interested in commercial processes and the world of renewable energy and want to learn more about them.
You have a talent for communication and want to develop creative ideas.
