The amount of your instalment is based on your current annual consumption. If you would like to adjust it (for example, because you have purchased new, more efficient electrical appliances), you can easily do so in our customer portal.
That depends on your green energy product. In the "Prokon Wind Power" tariff, you can cancel your contract at any time with one month's notice.
In the "Prokon Wind Power 12" tariff, there is a one-month notice period at the end of the first 12 months. After that, you can cancel your contract on a monthly basis at any time.
If you move, you can simply take your Prokon electricity contract with you. The current energy price and your guaranteed price will still apply. You can easily let us know your new address via our customer portal. We'll take care of everything else for you.
