Prokon is looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Development and Construction team in Potsdam.
You will work in a dynamic and motivated team responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the construction activities of our planned wind farms. You will support the team with your knowledge in the development phase of the projects
You will manage the planning for the construction of the wind farm infrastructure in the areas of civil engineering, power lines and grid connection with internal and external partners
You manage the planning of the compensation measures to be created for the construction of the wind farms with internal and external partners
You commission and check the static calculations for the dimensioning of the foundations of the wind turbines
You are responsible for creating and controlling construction schedules and cost plans
You will be responsible for managing the construction sites on site through to documentation and acceptance of the trades
You have a degree in civil engineering or relevant experience in a comparable position
You have relevant experience as a site manager on site
You have good knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation engineering
Good written and spoken English skills
You have a class B driving licence
