You will prepare reports and profitability analyses for our various business areas as well as for our domestic and international subsidiaries. Based on the information you gather and provide, you will derive recommendations for action, contributing to the improvement of operational performance.
You will be responsible for analysing budget vs. actual variances and developing measures to improve operational performance.
You will assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
You will prepare business evaluations.
You will conduct profitability calculations for projects in the field of renewable energy.
You will support the preparation of business planning and modelling.
You will promote and ensure constructive collaboration between Prokon eG and its subsidiaries.
A successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience in corporate controlling.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong affinity for numbers, quick comprehension, and an independent, proactive, and structured way of working.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment, initiative, and flexibility.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), ideally also experience with ERP and BI systems.
Very good German and good English skills.
