"This way, we cater to the individually different user behaviours." Also new are news tiles where Prokon informs its electricity customers about current events concerning the cooperative.
Especially smartphone and tablet users benefit from the more modern design optimized for mobile applications. Contemporary buttons for intuitive menu navigation make usage easier. "For quick access, it's best to link the energy portal web address to the home screen," recommends Güstrau.
The new domain for the customer portal is mein.prokon.net. It is crucial that each customer must register again before their first log-in to the new portal. Instead of a username, login will now always be with the customer's email address and a self-created password. "This will make the login even more secure," says Güstrau.
