At Prokon, the employees of the Service & Operations department of wind turbines ensure an availability of over 97% for our wind turbines, thanks to their great expertise, years of experience, and enthusiasm for their tasks. Performing rotor blade repairs, maintenance, and inspections on mounted blades using a rope access platform.
Conducting rotor blade repairs on dismounted blades on the ground.
Measuring and repairing lightning protection systems on rotor blades.
Documenting observed damage and work carried out.
Performing maintenance tasks (oil changes, component replacements, checking bolt connections).
Completed vocational training in electrical or metal engineering, or a similar technical field; experience in plastic technology (lamination, composite materials) is advantageous.
Professional experience in the wind energy sector, preferably with experience in the repair of large components on wind turbines.
Enthusiasm for developing technical solutions.
Independent, meticulous, and systematic work approach.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and set priorities effectively under high workload as a team player.
Willingness to travel throughout the country and to neighbouring European countries.
Resilient, able to work at heights, and physically fit.
Proficiency in standard office programs and English language skills are helpful.
Possession of a Class B driving license is required, with Class BE/C1 being preferable.
