The cooperative principle "one member, one vote" applies. This means that regardless of the amount of shares owned, everyone has an equal voting right. Therefore, at our general meeting year after year, it means: Your vote counts! Whether in person, electronically or by postal vote: Be actively involved in determining the direction Prokon will take in the new year.
Do you want to be able to join in the conversation? With our Prokon-Dialog format, we give you the opportunity to ask questions to our board members, provide suggestions, and thus give impulses for the discourse. You can attend Prokon-Dialog several times a year - usually the event takes place online.
Our Regional Advisory Boards are the link between the board or the cooperative management and the members on site. Each advisory team is responsible for a specific region. Nominate yourself for election or select the advisory board for your region.
