New customers can choose between the tariffs Mitgliederstrom 12, Windstrom 12, and Windstrom via the referral link.

For the recommendation to be successful, the following conditions must be met for both the referrer and the referred person:

• Both persons receive electricity from Prokon.

• The person recommending another one has fully paid their monthly installments.

• The statutory 14-day cancellation period after the contract start has expired for both.

• The recommended person registered using your personal referral link.

• The recommended person has not been an active Prokon customer at this supply point in the past 12 months.

• Neither person is excluded from the referral program.”

The new customer bonus and the recommendation reward are applied to your next annual Prokon statement and credited automatically. Depending on how the recommending person chose to receive the reward, it will be credited either to you, the recommending person, or split equally between both of you.

No – you can refer as many people as you like. Please note, however, that the reward credit is not paid out directly and is only applied through the annual or final statement.

Yes, but only under certain conditions: only one referral per address is allowed. However, if you register another house or a different apartment at a separate address, you can refer yourself.
