The Whistleblower System 360 provides a secure protection for whistleblowers. Integrity and compliance with regulations are our highest priorities and form the foundation of our success. We are always committed to preventing misconduct and addressing it decisively. Therefore, we welcome reports of criminal activity, legal violations, and breaches of regulatory requirements (e.g., fraud, corruption, or money laundering) related to our company. Customers, employees, and third parties can provide reports through this system online. You have the option to submit your notice either by name or anonymously. The trusted lawyers of AWADO Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH handle your information with strict confidentiality and consider the legitimate interests of all parties involved, in compliance with legal requirements.

Please set up a mailbox in the Whistleblower System 360, through which you can be contacted for further questions or provide additional information at a later time. Communication via the mailbox can also occur anonymously if you wish. Please be aware that the Whistleblower System 360 is solely intended to report suspected criminal activities, legal violations, and breaches of regulatory requirements. When submitting a report, please bear in mind that suspicions and accusations against employees, customers, or business partners can have serious consequences. Therefore, we ask you to use the Whistleblower System 360 responsibly. Misuse for other purposes may lead to legal consequences
