You independently support our employees in individual HR-related matters
You prepare the monthly payroll, maintain employee master data, work closely with our external payroll provider, and create HR-related reports and statistics
Together with our HR Business Partner, you manage the entire recruiting process – from creating job profiles and posting job ads to onboarding new colleagues
You process and update employment-related documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation
You support and help coordinate the company’s occupational health management initiatives
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as an HR Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
You have relevant experience in Human Resources, recruiting, and ideally in payroll or compensation and benefits administration
Ideally, you have good knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations
You have a friendly, service-oriented attitude as well as an independent and structured way of working
Ideally, you are confident in English, both written and spoken
