Your Future Workday:

  • Acquisition of new business customers and independent development of a customer portfolio  

  • Proactive approach to potential customers within the sales territory  

  • Creation and handling of offers and tenders up to contract conclusion  

  • Long-term development of customer relationships through competent advice and trust  

  • Representing Prokon at events and active networking  

  • Support and collaboration in the preparation of reports and risk indicators  

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • A successfully completed degree or a comparable qualification  

  • Initial experience in sales and the energy sector would be desirable  

  • You enjoy communicating with customers and are characterised by a strong customer focus and empathy  

  • You are flexible, independent, and set high standards for the quality of your work  

  • You don’t shy away from challenges, but see them as opportunities to grow and develop  

  • With your confident manner, service orientation, and instinct for different customer needs, you build trust and ensure long-term customer satisfaction  

  • You recognise potential, accompany processes with a solution-oriented approach, and thus actively strengthen customer loyalty to our cooperative values  

  • Knowledge of project management as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style  

  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence  

  • Confident use of MS Office
