You will manage and coordinate the information security management process and be responsible for its further development and oversight
In the medium term, you will take on the role of Information Security Officer
You will provide advice on key information security matters
You will participate in projects related to information security
You will plan, organise, and carry out information security audits
You will develop guidelines, processes, and standards based on corporate policies
You will establish, manage, and conduct awareness and training initiatives
You will respond confidently to security incidents and collaborate with IT and other departments
A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification through vocational training and relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of information / IT security
Proven experience in project management
Ideally, initial experience working in a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment
Basic knowledge of common standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz
Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
You are a responsible, solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative individual with a service-minded approach
You are a team player with strong communication skills
